New Gate Valve 3D PDF
I have been revisiting some of my older models with TurboCAD V17.1. I am a little disappointed that this latest version of TurboCAD does not work well with models created in previous versions. This was never an issue with previous of TurboCAD, so I know it doesn’t have to be this way. Hopefully it will get sorted out in time for the next patch, if one is indeed, in the planning. Issues seem to be with memory and lack there of.
To create the 3D PDF I saved in stp format from TurboCAD and imported the stp results into Alibre Standard V12.1. I then published to PDF from Alibre with fine results. It would be quite nice if layer names were retained during the translation from tcw to stp, but so far this is not the case.
